I bought yu unicorn mobile from amazon i complain regarding replacement on 20th sept they giving delivery time on 21thsept but delivery boy ddnt come and again i complain to amazan customer care then they give to 23sept till 2 pm but still the delivery ddnt come i again complain but they are not giving satisfactory answer so please do necessary action against them and provide me compensation

Updated by dixitkkalal 24th sept 10.30 am i called amazon customer service regarding complaining with higher authority and i talked with flour executive abhishek singh he told me that we cant contact directly to higher authority i was taking your complain and they will be contact you within 24 hours but still i ddnt get any call from amazon
they are still irresponsible and they are making fun of conumer

Updated by dixitkkalal again i called to amazon but they are ignoring my complain and they are not taking necessary action
please suggest me what should i do and also suggest me what legal action i will take against them
