I am facing huge difficulty regarding an order of iPhone6+. As soon as I had received I have opened the product & I have informed the amazon customer care that I have received a plastic dummy in place of iphone6+. Amazon customer team had given me the assurance that please request for a return and we will refund the full amount within 2-4 days. However, I have neither received the refund or any status update.

Yesterday one of the customer care executive said that the product returned is empty. However, again I had made the video of the returned product along with the id proof of the delivery boy who came to pick up the product from the amazon India side. Packaging of the dummy which I have received is done in front of delivery boy & Here's is the you tube link for the same.
