I ordered a SanDisk pendrive and got it on 12 January 2018. On 19/11/18, I went to SanDisk showroom in Elante Mall Chandigarh and staff of SanDisk informed that the pen drive delivered to me was not original product and in this regard they also sent me an email .
On 23/11/2018, I sent an email to amazon about my problem with original bill and email of SanDisk also attached. I got an email that my problem will be resolved in within 3 to 5 days but no one contacted me by any means of communication, that is showing how much Amazon customer service team is working.
On 7/12/2018, I again send an reminder email but still no one contacted and no action has been taken to resolve my problem.
On dated 15/12/2018, I sent any email again & I contacted amazon through phone regarding my querry. I requested many times that to customer care representative that I want to talk with senior official and the call attendant convey this message to his senior many times but his senior was so arrogant, he rejected all his requests.
This behavior of senior officials of amazon are showing that how much they are concerned about the customers. They are so egoistic, arrogant and they do not value their customers. I waited for 35 minutes to just want to talk with senior official regarding my problem but still he denied to talk.
I am highly disappointed by amazon and if I do not get my refund or original pen drive, I will file a case for delivering fake products. Further never shop on this site and will not recommend to anyone. Such pathetic services are not acceptable from such brand. Was this information helpful? |
