I ordered a new phone, One plus X on amazon on the 14th of January 2016 and I received the package on the same date. However, the delivered charger for the phone is defective and does not work. " I request you to please send me another one as soon as possible as I do not have a spare charger with me and hence, have no way to use my mobile phone otherwise. Please oblige.
