Amazon India — delivery at wrong address

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, 201009

I m feeling very disappointed because i ordered a ear phone on my hostel address but that was delivered at wrong adress without informing me...
Delivery boy did not call me about the delivery information...
What is this amazon..
I never expected this..
I have already pay the money at the time of booking..
I got this packet today which was delived 2 days before!
