I have placed a order on 15th and the delivery was expected to get delivered on 16th but till now i didn't receive my product.. Delivery agent is saying i can only deliver the product on his convenient timing when he visits our area. When i called amazon customer care and requested a delivery between 8.30-9 pm they agreed and promised me product will get delivered on the time i requested. But the delivery person has been coming around 11 am in the morning and calling me standing in front of my house.. When i called customer care today they are coming out with different statement saying "sorry for the false commitment we will not be able to deliver at your convenient time, if you want you can request our delivery executive to deliver at your convenient time, when i called him he says i can only come at my work time you call customercare and check... I have been begging between customer care and delivery executive for last 2 days for the product which i have paid my money. I have never expected this kind of worst service and behaviour from amazon
It is so sad to listen from customer care saying they don't have any connection between amazon and delivery person.. One last solution they gave me was i can"cancel my order through app "
