I am filing this formal complaint against Amazon India regarding Order #[protected]De'Longhi LatteCrema Cool Set) and open National Consumer Helpline Docket #1005XXXX.
1. Shattered Delivery & Broken Promises:
The product arrived with shattered glass inside. Amazon scheduled a doorstep replacement exchange. For 4 consecutive days, the app updated to "Out for Delivery" every morning, forcing me to cancel my weekend plans and wait at home all day. Nobody ever showed up.
2. Falsified Doorstep Scans:
On the evening of August 29, the local delivery station in Mohali updated my tracking to "Delivery Cancelled – Exchange Verification Failed". This is completely fabricated. I pulled timestamped CCTV camera footage covering my main entrance—no delivery person ever visited my address.
3. The "Ghost Return" & Blocked Refund:
Frontline support refused to inspect my camera footage. On September 3, my Amazon order tracking suddenly updated to: "Return received" with a checkmark. Nobody came to my house, no OTP was shared, and the broken glass item is still sitting right here on my table. Immediately after logging this fake return scan, Amazon's payment system showed an error: "Refund issuance failed: Your refund could not be processed."
4. 11 Support Reps & Stalled Inquiry:
I have been passed between 11 different support and Executive Customer Relations (ECR) representatives. A customer service rep named Swaraj sent me a written email confirming an internal ticket was raised for "wrong information updated to the customer." Yet days have passed and the false status is still not corrected, nor has my refund been released. Rep Chandreshwar claims an internal "station inquiry" is underway, but it has dragged on for over a week without anyone ever asking to review my CCTV footage or society gate visitor logs.
All order screenshots, falsified tracking updates, and timeline evidence have been publicly documented at https://atozero.in
I demand an immediate release of my stuck refund and formal accountability for station drivers updating fraudulent doorstep scans.
