Amazon India — delivery issue after accepting issue

I have placed an order for medicine. I was waiting for 5 days.in last moment they are saying it's out of service areas. While placing the order they took as service area. Now i was waiting for 5 days, i called to customer care. Request them to deliver to another address. Or kindly give some service area where you can deliver but the executive didn't have any availability. They waste 5 days it's an important product. They are suggesting kindly re - order it. But i don't know whether they can deliver to that address or not. Amazon should not accept the order, if it's out of service area. They have bad customer service
