11th aug 2019 : ordered a tablet {iball slide elan 3x32 tablet (10.1 inch, 32gb, wi-fi + 4g lte + voice calling+ micro hdmi), matte black} it sdelivery date was 13th august 2019. But on13th august till night 9 p. M. I was being told that by day end i will receive y material. Finally not received.
Material received at pune hub on 12th afternoon as per amazon tracking details.
On 14th august i was told that my material will be received by day end again same issue. No delivery attempt also. Finally was told that on 16 august 2019 will get my product.
On 16th i was confirmed after talking to lots of executives that my ordered product has been misplaced in transit so amazon execuitve himself set for replacement order.
For new replacement order delivery date was 19th august.
Material received at pune hub on 17 august as per amazon tracking data.
I received 1 message from amazon on 19th afternoon that material is out for delivery and also received one courier aganet contact number,
This number when called was not of concerned courier boy anf the person who attended call confirmed that its not his duty to deliver the material. The courier boy has not taken the material with him so his number was given and the material is lying with him.
I asked him if he can tell his location i can self pick but he disconnected the call and after lots f calling he eventually started shouting and abusing me and told that he has lots of work to do apart from delivering the material and talking with customers.
By end of 19th august amazon has updated that delivery attempted. For this i wanted to know if courier boy did not carry product with him how can the delivery was attempted.
Now as per amazon customer care it was technical glitch due which it was updated, so please make me understand i[censored]r courier person does not deliver, does not call and just update the status then will customer get their products anytime??? And on top u try the delivery attempt for 3 times, so if technical glitch occurs like this i will never be getting the product.
I also wanted to understand is it because the amount has been paid well in advance so am being troubled and mentally harassed so much?
Being an working person i cannot keep on continuously following up with u people.. And on that though am following but not a single amazon customer executive has helped me out till date. They are just telling me the status what i can see on website.. So what kind of support is that from amazon that a person is being suffered your internal issues from last 8 days.
Now consumer complaint is the last hope for my money that is looted from amazon else my product delivery.
