This is not a one-time story but i'm highly disappointed today. I booked a pan from amazon.in on 11th of june 2017. It was supposed to arrive on14th june 2017, but instead, i got a message saying that the customer refused to accept the parcel when the actual delivery didn't happen. After waiting for so long amazon.in always gives such messages.
I have been complaining them since so long that the courier guy always does this and every time i get the assurance that we will see into the matter etc. When we book a product we do it for a better offer but isn't it obvious to be excited and be waiting for the product? And after all of this, you get an official message saying that i refused it. When i contacted to consumer care they say that the reason is not specified yet but there will be reason fo doing this. This they say without any enquiry and from my past experience i say that no this is like a long time affair they do it on their convenience so they say no and compile me to believe that there is a reason. First of all the company is ok with the service provider for not informing about the issue but cannot take action against this whereas the customer will still be frustrated and is suggested to reorder it and doing a favour they will provide a similar offer to me.
I am not at all ok with this and strongly want to take action for the same.
