I placed an order of loreal shampoo to be delivered at my mum's address, and today i rec the message it's being returned. Then i contacted ur chat support team and advisor subangi being so unhelpful didn't give complete info about it. I understand it's the seller who didn't deliver, but aren't ur chat support team have info about it. If not, aren't ur chat advisors are suppose to help with the right i do on whim to contact about it?? Also, i had couple of more questions. She asked me to wait while arranging a call back and after a minute, she came online and directly ended the chat without asking i[censored] have any further queries.. Seriously??!!?? Is this what amazon is becoming and has adapted doing now. Cx can understand, at times there might be some problem, but aren't u guys suppose to resolve that problem. I have ordered many times from amazon, but this is the worst experience a cx can have.
I placed that order for my mum, because she can't go out and m not there with her. Have placed many orders from flipkart for that address and never faced delivery issues, then why is it the problem with amazon. Anything specific?
