I placed order on coolwinks on 16th of may for rs1551 and paid thru apay wallet during which there was a offer from coolwinks 100% moneyback in addition to apay cb.
I had hotstar prize in amazon of 100% cb up to rs1000 on coolwinks paying thru apay wallet. So immediately after placing the order i recd rs1000 cashback from amazon for hotstar prize.
After lots of complaints i recd msg from coolwinks on 11th of june as cashback processed. Again on 13th of june i recd msg frm coolwinks as REFUND INITIATED as if i hv returned or cancelled the order.
Bcos of the technical issue from coolwinks side instead of issuing 100% moneyback dey initiated REFUND OF rs1551. Bcos of dat amazon adjusted the cashback i recd for hotstar prize and refunded only rs551 to my original source of payment.
If i ask amazon dey r saying u hv recd refund so we hv adjusted cashback dat we gave already. From coolwinks dey r saying instead of moneyback we hv initiated refund due to technical issue.
Bcos of the technical issue from der side my hostar amazon cashback of rs1000 has been deducted and i recd only rs551.
Pls help me het my rs1000 from coolwinks or amazon whoevr is responsible.
I hv attached the snapshot of offer terms n conditions in dat 11th point clearly says pay via apay, airtel wallet, gpay and get ADDITIONAL CASHBACK OVER AND ABOVE THE 100% MONEYBACK
