Amazon India — Did not receive ordered item and on site it shows has already received

I totally ordered 10 items in amazon.in and received 4 items next day i received 2 items

Still order no #:[protected] wireless car blue tooth is missing, it shows that i have already received and i even called the phone no of the delevery boy and he said he does not have. So who is helping me. Hope here i can get help
