I ordered a bag from amazon, its name is all extreme nylon black bag, it was the month of august, i didnt like the product so i returned it back. After a few days, the pickup was initiated, a guy came and took the product and gave me a slip and wrote a long no. On it.
1 day later, the delivery guy came again and tried to hand me product, i told him that i had already returned the product and it was a mistake, he went back. The next day again, the delivery guy came, and tried to give me the same product again, i again refused to accept it.
A few days passed, but my refund wasn't initiated, i called amazon, they said they needed 4-5 days more, i waited.
Then one day in my amazon account it was showing that the refund was processed but money wasn't there in my account, and my account was showing the refund initiation date as january in the month of august.
I contacted amazon again, around 15-20 times, everytime they said they needed 4-5 days more.
They even asked for my proof that i had returned the product, i mailed them the slip.
The slip which the pickup guy had given me.
One day i got a call from the seller too.
Then again i contacted amazon, i didnt get any satisfactory answer.
And one day they refused to give me my money back.
