I purchased a Samsung charger recently, and it isn't working properly. I raised a complaint, and the customer care service advised me to visit the nearest Samsung customer care store to get it fixed or contact them again after the visit.
The Samsung store representative said the product is duplicated, even though I've paid 1200 INR for it. So, I came back and texted amazon customer care services.
After contacting Amazon customer service again, the representative said I'd bought the fake product. But, instead of processing a return/refund, they started convincing me that the charger belonged to some other company when clearly, I purchased it from the 'SAMSUNG' brand.
I've been stuck in this situation for a few weeks now. Therefore, I request you advise the concerned & help me in getting it replaced at the earliest.
Sincerely, I purchase products from AMAZON because I trust them.
