Amazon India — empty box received of kevin smart led tv | |||||
Dear all i have order a kevin led smart tv on 8 december which i received on 10 december but the box was empty and only thermocoal and remote was inside when i call to customer care they said we need 3 days to investigate it then i receive a call from one person to enquire about product. He said that he will send someone to check my home i said no issue you can send after that he didn't send anyone and today on 16 december when i call they said we can't refund the money we have delivered led to you this is your headache whether the box was empty or not.
