Which i bought a mobile from amazon, once started to use the mobile not satisfied with the quality and performance, so planning to return it back to the amazon as the item is eligible for 10 days return or replacment.
While trying for return the item, it's arranging the call back but they are not accepting and arranging the return and refund. Their answer is if it's physical damage or wrong item then only they can take it back.
I gone through their return policy but no where i found the condition saying that if customer not satistfied with the product they can not return the product.
Also amazon advertising if we are satisfied with the product with out asking the question they will take it back and refund the money.
Amazon is trying to cheat the customer. My order number is[protected] dated 21/09/2019.
Please take it up with the concern person to get the return and refund.
