Amazon India — Failed return pickup for 30 days and NO refund

Ordered this trouser on Amazon India on May 25, 2026..

This trouser did not have a size chart, so I had to purchase based on the size recommendation you provided by Amazon.. The trouser did not fit. It's too small.. Since this had 10days return policy, I decided to return.. So I initiated my return, But no one arrived so far. NO calls from them..

1st return attempt on June 5. No one picked up. NO calls from Amazon. Waited till June 7 because usually if pickup fails, they automatically re-attempt the pickup for the next day. But that did not happen.

So I called Customer Support Executive on 8th June to know the status.. They apologized as usual, then transferred to an specialist team to reinitiate the pickup and my 2nd pickup was set by them to June 9..

No one picked up on June 9. So I called up on 10th to reinitiate 3rd pickup and my pickup was again set to 12 June.. But this time, they apologized again & said "Sir, don't worry, if your pickup fails for 3rd time, we will auto refund in advance and then pickup the item for a later date when possible!!". So I agreed to it..

Waited till 12th, no one came.. 13th, 14th, No one came.. Then called up on 15th and spoke with 1st CSE team to know the status and understand what is really going on! They failed to give back any information and that unprofessional rude specialist team said "We cannot refund without a proper investigation. So we are initiating an investigation and after 4 days only we can tell what's next".. NO SUCH INVESTIGATION IS DONE SO FAR I BELIEVE.. Because I did not receive any mail regarding it so far even after requests..

On the same day 15th, after an hour, I called up again and spoke with the 2nd CSE Team and this time they said, "There is one final 4th return pickup we will initiate and if that fail then we will see what can be done next". No word about refund or anything.. I argued with them saying "You only said 3 times failed up and then refund. Now why 4th pickup?. And for all this, their response was "we cannot do anything other than investigation"..

So with no other option, I had to agree for the 4th pickup which was on 24th June.. Again No one came.. I called up on 25th June to talk with that specialist team but CSE team replied saying "there is technical issues to reach that wonderful specialist team, So please call back after 48 hours".

And on 27th which is after 48hrs and I called again and they are saying the same old thing "Technical issues"!!.. And more over the status of return has also been removed from my amazon page for the product..

For all these times, on the day of pickup, I just received an whatsapp message mentioning the pickup status with a Phone number (Bridge) and its 4 digit pin to reach them.. But whenever I called them, either the pin was wrong or they never picked up the call or Busy..

NOW, I am almost sure, if I call again on 29th or after, they either gonna say same thing and dodge my refund.. I have wasted over 6+ hours on calls for this issue..
Mailing Amazon for any grievances don't work too.. Mails are bouncing..

All I need is refund or compensation for the hurdles I have gone through..
Once Refund is done, I will quit Amazon after 12 long years..
