Amazon India — Failed transaction | |||
My complaint is that one reason why we prefer online purchasing is so that time is saved by online transactions and we do not have to go to bank(taking time out of busy schedule) for transactions. If amazon can withdraw money in seconds for online purchasing then why not same while giving our money back during failed parcel delivery. my money is pending(to be given back by amazon) since january as i cant go to bank due to busy schedule as i am free in evening only.simply pathetic and irresponsible behaviour. And to add to it now another Product that i had bought last week of rs 7000 has also failed to be delivered as it has been damaged. now i have to again beg for my money. Its really irresponsible and carelessnes and also selfish from amazon. If you cut money within seconds then you should send money back within seconds. Its your failure for which we have to suffer. this is my last transaction with amazon. Was this information helpful? | |||
