Dear amazon team,
I have ordered samasung galaxy note 8 on 05.02.2019 wich was suppose to get delivered on 06.02.2019 (Under prime 1 day delivery).
Details as under:

Order total - rs. 44, 040.00 (1 item)
Unfortunately my order was cancelled. Upon calling your executives with got 3 different reviews from 3 different agents.
1) brijmohan - customer care executive.
He informed due some internal issues your order got cancelled.
Upon pressurizing to know the issue he inforned that product was not available at seller.
If item was not available what shipment you did.
2) usman - customer care executive.
He informed that it was mistake from our delivery agent. He accendently cancelled your order whereas he was suppose ro cancel someone else order reason been that someone else refused to take delivery.
Now why i should suffer.
If this has been done why they can not create replacement from their backened team.
3) nikita b - customer service executive
She informed that i cancelled the order. If i have cancel it i would have done it immediately.
I am following up with your team since morning 6:30 am. If i would have cancelled why i should start following up in morning hours.
All of above executives never promised me to reaolve the issue. Sply they told i
We can not do anything.
Upon refund none of above agent promised for faster refund.
The only thing they asked is to replace the order and we will see this thing wont repeat again.
I have spent already 44000 for this order how i can reorder again.
This is you amazon who claim to be biggest ecommerce website of world.
This is your standard.
Now if you can help me to get the order delivered do that or atleast refund the money immediately. I shall order from flipkart or paytm. At least they are better than you.
They resolve the issues far better tan you. Infact you have zero capacity to resolve.
