[Resolved] Amazon India — failure of delivery and harassment by amazon | |||
Amazon used to be a trusted service. Not anymore. With all these crazy sales and offers their service has gone down and level of harassment has gone up. I ordered a phone which was supposed to be delivered on 9th of December 2019. On the day of delivery, even by evening 6, I had no intimation from the delivery guy. So, I tried calling at the number sent to me by SMS multiple times. No response. By 6.30 I got a message that my order has been delivered. I was clueless to whom it was delivered. I called up the customer care and complained on the spot. They told they will get it delivered by 11th December. When I called up on 11th December, I was told they have a concerned team who are investigating the matter. They need 5 working days. On 17th I called again and the customer care executive lady was so rude and blaming that they tried to call me but I didn't pick the call. I never got any call at all from amazon. Then she was like their so called 'investigative' team will get back. I requested to them both the times I called to atleast cancel the order. But they wouldn't. Today it is 19th. No calls from the customer care.No resolution. No way to escalate the complaint. No product delivered. No cancellation and refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
