Amazon India — False committment and no readdressal for complaints | |||||
Amazon India has been delaying delivery of the product and has kept my money. Amazon India you people assured me that i would get the delivery of the product 8th. They repeatedly asked me to wait for end of the day claiming they deliver till 8:00 PM. I kept telling them that the product has not moved (now it has been lying at their courier facility in Delhi) and they tell to wait. More suprising is the fact they didn't even take responsibility to inform that delivery is delayed. And without my consent they rescheduled the delivery and stated in the tracking details that i requested rescheduling.. Massive fail by Amazon Was this information helpful? | |||||
