Amazon India — False promise - product placed and payment done online, didn't delivery & cancelled order after confirmation

Hi team,

I place an order with amazon (Online) for a power bank (20000 mah) which was promised on the website along with the shipping for rs 231/-.
I booked the product (Order number[protected]) and the payment done via credit card.
Now i get an email from them that the product order is cancelled and the payment will be re-funded.
However i don't need the re-fund i need the product.

Can you please look into it and help resolve the same.

As its a false promise made by them.
