I just placed an order with order #[protected]. Before placing an order for this item in your website it shows delivery between 'aug 16 - 17'. And i wanted to gift someone on the same day thinking that i will receive the product on these days as you have promised.. I made online payment.
After making the payment when i went to my orders list i was shocked to see that it shows 'arriving 17 aug - 22 aug'. What kind of promises you make on your website.
Why do you make false promises to your customers.
As i wanted the product on aug 17, i called up your customer service to request my money back.. They said it will take 3-5 days to get my refund back.
This was purely your mistake, you made a statement on your website saying you will deliver the item between aug 16-17, if you wouldn't made this statement i wouldn't have placed the order.
For your mistake, to get my money back, why should i wait for 3-5 days???. This was your mistake, when their is your mistake why should customers suffer and wait for 3-5 days to get their money back??
I want my money right now.
