I was using Amazon fire TV stick and the remote stopped working on 31 st December 2020. I placed a complaint on Amazon and they diverted me to Amazon ctdi. They got remote picked up after 5 days and asked for payment of 500 for replacement. I made the payment immediately. For another 7 days there was no response. On escalating they sent replacement remote which is not working. Again I called Amazon and they assured me that within 3 working days technician from ctdi will come along with replacement remote. I received call from Chetan Bhagat from ctdi team and he asked me to follow entire process again and I have to place a fresh request on ctdi...
These people care least about customer inconvenience...they even don't care for the paid service after receiving money...
I have called Amazon customer service and also wrote mails but they are not sending me escalation matrix, I think this company don't even have such matrix... I am Amazon prime customer since years... Was this information helpful? |
