Amazon India — Fitbit versa 2 | |||
This is regarding the order i placed on 28th October for fitbit versa 2 amounting to RS14249. The delivery happened on 2nd NOV and i asked the delivery boy to cancel the product. He said its already marked as delivered and told him to cancel it. And he took back the product. I assumed I would be refunded since i returned the product. After a week or so. I contacted customer service and this happened a few times with no solution to my issue. I was not refunded nor notified by customer service and the last customer service i talked to said that it was a mistake on the part of the courier service and ‘assured’ that I’ll be refunded which never happened and an investigation was raised and today they informed me that after ‘discussion’ they would not refund any money and refuse to share any details of how such a mistake occurred. Please look into this matter. Its my urgent request. This is a smart way of duping people and amazon customer services have been of no help. Was this information helpful? | |||
