Amazon India — For System in Amazon

First of all i want to tell you that Amazon is not a systematic company because I was ordered a product and the delivery agent didn't call me & it was happens with me 2 times and my product was returned to the seller. And when I called to customer care for registering my complain he didn't provide me complain no. for check the status of my complain.
