Amazon India — For the purpose of refund amount

My amount 499 which was refunded by amazon at 7 th april 2017 has not been reflected to my account.. I am providing with the authorization code and refund reference number
The refund details are: authorization code for sale transaction 124647

I request you to refund my amount back to my account..
Almost 26 working days has passed out.. If money is not refunded into my account, could you please tell me what are the steps to follow in order to raise a "charge dispute" to dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.
