I ordered fossil q marshal men's smart watch from amazon.in. I got to know within few hours that the watch is faulty. It didn't charge after keeping for 3 hours charging and shut down if i take it off. I tried contacting amazon but they gave me different responses each time i contact them. Also one email said i can choose between refund or replacement. I chose refund. But then they asked me to contact fossil india to get dead on arrival (Doa) letter. Once i get that letter then only amazon will give me the refund. I marked email to fossil india but there is no reply yet. So all this experience is very frustrating.
