Dear Sir, I had ordered a product of 500 rupees from the Amazon Mobile app, but the payment was declined twice, but at the third time the payment got succeeded.After the payment when I checked my bank account I got to know that I have been charged 1500/- . As the product costs 500/-
I have lost extra 1000/- rupees extra. The mode of payment was by debit card. I called the customer Care and they said that it will be automatically returned to your account but still now I don't get the money back.So please kindly look into the matter and try to return the money as soon as possible.
