Amazon India — Front camera not working.

Hello sir,
I have purchased mobile phone REDMI 4I 16GB from your website which was ordered on 20 January 2016( Order#[protected]. As i am a regular customer and have purchased number of items from your website but it is regretted to inform you that the front camera of this phone is not working properly.
So i wish you gonna take some action on this matter as soon as possible.
