Amazon India — given defective product and not taken return

[protected] with this order number i bought mobile which is defective and i have given complaint. They told me their technician will come and solves the problem problem so far nobody come and i have called so many times three times they deployed technician no one come so far now they are saying your return time is over and they are giving any kind of service now my mobile not working pls kindly look in the matter and do the needful
