Hi i have ordered two bags from amazon india. It is showing it has been delivered on my office address around 11:46 am while my shift starts at 01:30 on 8th of july 2019. I have called up courier guy he was not answering my calls that's why i logged a complaint in customer care. Now they said investigation team has investigated from their end and the product is delivered to me on 11:46 am. Which is simply not possible as i challenged them to investigate properly even they could check buildings cctv so that they get to know about the time i entered into the building. The product is not deleiverd yet but the customer care is failed to resolve the problem and even customer can not contact investigation team from their end. Please help me with this. As customer care executive clearly told me to forget about the money or products. Was this information helpful? | |||
