Amazon India — hold my account without any reason

Dear concern,

I would like to inform you that i have an account with amazon.in with registered email id in the name of [protected]@gmail.com, which has been blocked since last 3 months without any reason.

In this account, i have rs.3493 in amazon pay balance which is also blocked and i am not able to use this.

In this regard i have called so many times to customer support but every time i got an answer that it will be un hold in next 24 hours which is still not done.

I would like to request you to kindly take an action to resolve this as soon as possible.
