Amazon India — HP laptop charger / Paid for the order at amazon and did not get delivered

I order an HP laptop charger from amazon and paid earlier. At the time of delivery they misbehave and cancelled my order by them.
I complaint with customer service of amazon they told they can just return my money.
But about my time, i have waited for one and half week for this and getting nothing.
