Amazon India — i booked xiaomi redmi, 4 (gold 64gb) to be delivered on 2nd aug 2017 which did not happen even by 3rd aug 2017 being a prime customer

No attempt has been made by amazon for delivery?

Then why amazon is taking lame excuse by bull-# with the story that address was not found?

The same address is registered with amazon since beginning and i have received many items at least in past 2 years from amazon in the same address???

So why amazon is blaming the customer to hide amazon's own fault/unprofessionalism?
