I ordered lapcare 4000mah 10.8v laptop battery for hp in 5 jun 2020, i got the product 11 june 2020, the battery does not have the power backup, so i replace the product.
I got the replacement battery in 12 june 2020, the replacement battery does not even have the power backup, so i requested to return back on 3 june 2020.
Then your cs team executive said "as we checked the pickup for return we see that there are no courier services from amazon transportation who are serviceable in your area. Hence we request you to self-return the product from your end" this is what your executive told me.
Then i self returned the product to our warehouse, that courier was refused and returned to me 7th aug 2020. It's totally wasted. I am totally disappointed.
The product still in a pick-up line, about a month is gone but not yet the product. I have already complained several times about this issue. But there is still no solution to this. Please help us.
Kindly please arrange the return pickup and refund my money, i i work from home and i can’t finish my job because my laptop doesn’t work without battery, so my company has suspended my salary. I do not have enough money to buy another one kindly please arrange the refund.
Please help us.
