I ordered two products.
(1) Order #[protected] and
(2) Order #[protected] on 19-February 2016 from one of your seller ATOZPRODUCTS. And I also made payment of Rs 249+249 = Rs 498.
Then I requested to cancel order (1) on same day. At that time I got reply from seller 'Okay'. But still they dispatched both products. They send both products from dtdc courier and I also given tracking number for both which are wrong and I unable to track both the product.
Expected delivery date of order (1) was 26 February 2016 - 9 March 2016 and for order (2) was 24 February 2016 - 01 March 2016.
I didn't received the product till 1st march so I contacted seller so they mailed me that wait for 3 days. So I waited but didn't got so I called amazon customer care and asked for refund if seller is unable to deliver the product. They replied that we were sending mail about this to seller and seller would refund your payment.
I called customer care 3-4 times every time I got same answer. I also contacted seller directly from amazon website also but seller is not replying. Was this information helpful? |
