Yesterday i got different coloured shorts and size was also small, it was not returnable, so i raised an issue.. Today again i got wrong item, i paid fir biotin but i got something herballife.. When i called customer care aneeta (Of esceleration department) named lady, she spoke roughly and she told the cover is not sent by amazon.. Now tell me do i make cover? Plz ask the warehouse doesn't he sent me the product in brown box. Or delievery man didn't he delievered the brown coloured box packed with tape?
But that's not the issue,, issue is i have paid 950 for biotin,, not herbal.. Take your herbal back and give me the biotin which i ordered plzzzzz..
Second issue is that lady has block me from customer care call. Can you please help me out. Tears are not stopping
