Amazon India — I got a wrong product

Order number[protected]
I am not able to call and email them now.
They are saying sorry for the wrong product, and saying me to dispose it..

Are they really serious?? I paid 990 for sorry?? Or for wrong product??
I WANT THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID OR ELSE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
Its very awful experience and I never expected this from such a reputed company!!!
