Amazon India — i have a repeating charge on my card. 13.90 comes out every mo. for the last 5 mo. i want this stopped and the money returned,

I placed an order for my mother and ever since she have been charged 13.90 per mo. She is on a fixed income. Please stop these withdrawals.
It started on 8-23-18/ 9-23-18/ /10/23-18/12-24-18/and 1-23-19.
I need to be refunded the full amount 69.50 + any more withdrawals and theses charges stopped.
I ordered a thermostat cover. It was to large and had to return it to amazon with the return slip. I reordered another one and that is when the charges started.
