Sir.. I have purchased a mobile oppo a7 from my anazon account on 29.09.19 and paid on line
It has to delivered from 01.10.19 to 10.10.19. But on dated 04.10.19
A massage come with otp that item out for delivery... I was waiting but no call or delivery boy contacted me.
When i open my amazon account then shocked... It was showing item has been deliverd...
I have contacted in c care... A lady tell me due to some technical problem it showing delivered... Please wait till 10.10.19.
When given time expired and did not received my booked it then again call in customer care then they replied we going to investigate. On 17.10.19 when i contacted then they informed item has been delivered at address. And refused for further giving any information.
Sir delivery boy 100% contacted before handing over the item... But in my case no body contacted me... No body ask about otp... Then how it may delivered??
If they contacted me then share his no. With me... Amazon why refused to share details. Why amazon not tracinng the mob. With imei...???
It is a big scam... Amazon should maintain their reputation... And try to help customers and should take acton against victims.
