Amazon India — I have not received the money for the product I sold on amazon as seller | |||||
I have sold my mobile to amazon And on 12th nov, Delivery boy of amazon picked Up And told that with in 7 working days i receive my amount or product and i was able to track Mobile And after one week i received msg that product is Not delivered And in 2-4 business working days i receive my product but till now i didnt received Product I have lost lot of customers from Olx and cashify and now iam not getting any offers from customers And i have Not received my mobile either. In amazon rules its clearly mentioned that if product is not delivered In 15 days i receive amount but that too Not happened without any intimation they have not even called or mailed me And telling that i have not updated And closed the case Kindly check and plz do needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
