Delivery guy excused that he will not be able to give my product on delivery date and he kept product with himself
Neither I got my refund

I bought this Iron in April. It is highly sub standard product with problem of overheating . It has already burnt my 3 clothes despite using very carefully. Lodging complaint late because i could not understand how to go about complaining.
