Amazon India — I requested replacement but amazon didn't ship my product

I bought "MEDHA D.J. PLUS Bluetooth FM, USB, AUX, , CArd MP3 Stereo Audio player decoder" and i found some defect so i request replacement .
It was promised that within 24 hour after receiving your product we ship your product.
but amazon did not shiped my product. so please ship my product.
