Amazon India — I'm complaining about a refund that has not been processed yet | |||
I had ordered a pizza from mojo pizza on 11/09/2018 of an amount rs.427/-. Due to some change in plans i cancelled the order in lieu of which i had to receive a refund amount of rs.352/-. Amazon gave me a reference number 75260828255022833127423 to be tracked with the bank. After confirming with the bank they said me that bank cannot track it with the reference number. It has been more than a month but there is no proceedings in the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
