Amazon India — I'm complaining about my sony external hard disk | |||||
I have purchased sony external hard disk from amazon in 21 nov 2015. Order no.[protected] now this product is not working, so as warranty policy i have gone to sony service centre, they told me that this is not valid invoice and i m not sure this is original or not so they rufused to take it and told me ask to amazon for it . Invoice which you have given me is without seriel no. And also not vat invoice, i also contact to amazon via call but all are unhelpful. Solve my issue, Was this information helpful? | |||||
