Amazon India — I'm complaining about the service of the company | |||
I ordered a wash basin from Amazon and was shown that it will get delivered within a week. But the company itself cancelled the order after few days. When i reached out to the Customer care executive, they said that the wash basin broke on the way, though we didn't get any dispatch message. They asked me to order it again and i did. I was assured that the product will be delivered to us this time, within a week but again the same happened. After a few days i got the message that my order was cancelled. Then i reached out to.the customer care again and they said the product was out of stock. Why was the product showing "in stock" while ordering then? I have been waiting for the product since 15 days now and i have been mentally harrassed. I'm really disappointed with the kind of service the company offers. If the company cannot deal with its suppliers then why does it show the product's availability. I'm really disappointed with Amazon and i want to take a strict action against the company so that people like us don't trust its service ever again.
