Amazon India — improper delivery of items

I had booked some items with the following details.

Now the delivery boy says that he cannot deliver the courier at the address i had given while booking it. He says that the things will be returned if the customer does not receive it from the office. I have paid the delivery charge as well and it is your duty to deliver the things at customer's interest.
