Amazon India — incorrect mode of payment (refund)

I ordered a phone on 9th of october and mistakenly i put wrong address but suddenly i cancelled my after confirming from your customer care representative that he/she cant change the address from their end they prefer to cancel my order. Now i got rs.1000 less in total refund. If i did payment through my credit card then total refund need to credited in cc not in amazon pay balance as cashback. That not the right way to pressurize customer to use "amazon pay' forcefully.

i contact to customer care representative for the resolution and they denied for the total refund to my credit card.
